The Highlands Blend has been developed to suit the extraction process of a capsule used in a Nespresso® coffee machine.
Our locally roasted coffee is small batch roasted to ensure freshness and quality and is packed into plant based, compostable and biodegradable capsules.

Here's a little about these bio-capsules
The capsule is made of a bioplastic (Terrablend®), which is made of renewable raw materials making the capsule material biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
The biocapsule is certified as OK COMPOST AS4736 (Australian Standard) by TÜV Austria/ Vincotte
Capsules are optimised for Nespresso®" compatible machines
Through the use of our biodegradable seal paper, the biocapsule is completely free from aluminium
Capsules have an oxygen barrier so there is no need for additional outer packaging.

USAGE
Simply use our capsules the same way you would Nespresso® capsules in your Nespresso® Machine.
For best results please check that the capsule container and drip tray are not full and if so, empty. It is recommended to flush your machine prior to inserting a fresh capsule. Ensure that the previous capsule has been correctly evacuated before inserting a new capsule.
We recommend 2 capsules with short extraction times for a stronger more intense flavour.
